Subject: Female mecha

My wife the other day was talking about building a female mecha, so I thought
I would do some research to see if anyone else has done something similar. I
did a search and noticed that Greg Majewski was talking about building a
female mecha - Greg- any luck?

I just want to be on top of things if my wife asks me to provide some input
while she builds. Obviously most of the same mechanics will be needed, though
I think the size of the mecha arms and legs will be slender in nature (meaning
I don't think my wife will build a "fat" female mecha). Maybe click-hinges
won't even be needed if the weight is kept down. There are other physical
characteristics that she'll add to it I'm sure...

Well any thoughts would be great to hear! I'll try and post pictures after she
is done (I'm guessing about 3 weeks out for build-time and then another week
or two for picture development and scanning).

(...) I'll have to have my wife start ASAP!! If we can get something done that looks good enough to take pictures (I'm not sure if you remember my wife's first MOC.. so this will be her first Mecha!) then I'll bring it up for LDW! -mark (24 years ago, 15-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
