Thanks for the kind words everyone. This was my first attempt at building a ship from the inside out similar to what Ken Takeuchi has done on some of his ships. I have posted some pictures on Brickshelf of a mini-fig scale freighter that I made. The project started from the desire to use the transparent UFO saucer sections as a windshield. The ship has one large cargo compartment that is accessed through (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-00, to lugnet.build) !

But I agree the technic pulley would be too large. sometimes I make gatling cannons with a 2x2 turntable, and a couple of 2x2 round plates with a handful of 1x1 cylinders to simulate the "barrels." you only end (...)
