Actually, if you switch Tim's shirt with that of the blue-and-gray pirate minifig (they called him "Rummy" in the comic book that was available for a while; he was in basically every Pirate set and it gets annoying to sift through all those (...) (...) The minifig as we know it was originally a baby in another scale.
