  RE: legos biggest mistake is...

I think you mean second biggest mistake...Juniorization is their biggest mistake...[Although in Australia, their biggest mistakes are: small range, high cost, extremely delayed releases (20 plus years in Australia, and they still can't work out when (...)   legos biggest mistake is...

selectivly compressing the minifig. The minifig is too wide for its height and that makes it impossible to truly build to minifig scale. Does anyone know the reason for the selective compression? (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: Does anyone use "distressed" lego?

(...) Well Scott, since I like making spaceships, I've been known to make a salvage vessel from time to time. So it usually needs something to salvage. Are you asking if I want them or if I use them? The answer is, yes and yes. -Tom McD. when (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Gianluca Morelli's models

(...) Thanks for the instructions. I've made a DAT file of the model and built it. I modified the built one so that two minifigs can fit inside (but no steering wheel, unfortunately). If anyone's interested in seeing how I did it, LMK. --Bram (24 years ago, 13-Jun-00, to lugnet.town, lugnet.trains, lugnet.build)

Re: My Ogre was a Daily Illuminator!

(...) I have a minifig GEV I need to take pictures of and then post. I'm still figuring out the thrust vectoring for the turbofans at the back, and I need to plaster it with dish antennas.   Re: Building in Minifig Scale: Studs/Meter

(...) Well, I'm 6'5", so I see the world from a slightly different angle. I think the 2.75 bricks/meter value was fairly closely correlated from Star Wars sets, though I'm not entirely sure when that happened. I think the sizes of the A- Wing and (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jun-00, to lugnet.build)

Re: New Mecha - "Big Brother" Rapid Response Mecha (NT)

Oh well. If you keep churning out these new mecha (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jun-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Mecha - "Big Brother" Rapid Response Mecha (NT)
