I had a great weekend!  Thanks for putting Brickfest together.
However, I seem to have forgotten to put the baseplate that was
supporting my Pentapterigoid fighter.  Did anyone pick up the light
gray 16x32 baseplate?

Speaking of your models, it was fun to see photos of the real models!
The POV-Ray renderings are cool, too, but seeing the models "in the
flesh" is always nice.

Thanks!  Yeah, I guess it is impressive to see that something has
actually been built...

May I ask, though, if you keep all your models built, or did you
rebuild some of them to bring to BrickFest?

I rarely, if ever rebuild something, but sometimes my better models stay
assembled for a long time (sometimes a year or more), especially if I
don't have an immediate need for the pieces.  I guess I also keep them
assembled in the hope that we'll have a Cleveland get-together and
someone else will be able to see the stuff...

<snip> (...) yeah yeah yeah...I'm still willing to host a Cleveland Get-Together, that may or may not involve BrikWars (depends on the interest) but it'll have to wait for at least a couple more weeks, as my lego room is currently playing second (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jun-00, to lugnet.build)
