  Re: Amazing fire truck

(...) I figure that any scale is fine as long as you stick to it if you want to display your models together. For example, one of my semi's (the tanker) would work well with <set:2448>, but still dwarfs a four wide. My eight-wide (the trailer, not (...)   Re: Amazing fire truck

(...) Hey, I'm a 6-8 wide fan myself! I would never build a 4-wide truck in "minifig-scale." I consider 6-wide to be a better minifig scale, especially for trucks. --Bram Bram Lambrecht / o o \ BramL@juno.com ---...---oooo-----(_...o---...--- WWW: (...)   Re: New mech @ Moonbase Io

(...) Well, that depends on how much weight you have on those ThrowBots parts... ;^) My Enforcer barely stands up straight. (...) (Imagining Enforcer tipping over on head) Hmm... I don't think I'll try that. ~Mark (URL) (24 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Re: New fire trucks and SUV at BrickShelf

(...) I'm proud to announce that I got to play with both of the afore mentioned vehicles at the Columbus Ohio BrikWar Inaugural Event. They are very cool vehicles, Jeff. :) Drew Lawrence (24 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

All this recent talk about fire trucks forced me to get going and take some pics of the apparatus I've had build for quite some time now. Most of the pictures are of my Vision Pumper II, but I've also got two of a rural style pumper, and three of a (...) (24 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

  Large Tiles - What Set?

Can anyone tell me what sets these parts are in? I've checked the parts inventories and no luck so far... I am thinking of building a platform tow truck from the pnematic tow truck set, 8462. 6179 Tile 4 x 4 with Studs on Edge 6180 Tile 4 x 6 with (...) (24 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.build)

Re: Over-sized Easter Egg plans on Brickshelf

(...) track of how many of each brick size I used in each layer. The results are on Brickshelf at the above address. In brief, I used about 1550 red bricks for the exterior and about 950 other bricks for internal support. HTH, John Gramley (24 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Ninja-Themed, Dual-Tower Sky-Scraper

(...) Up near the top of the stairs, right? ;-). I remember at one point being able to stand right on the stairs, but I guess after a few too many singed (sp?) eyebrows, they close it now for each show. Still very cool ... or should I say toasty (...) (24 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)
