(...) Thanks. I figured... especially after I got home and tried it out with my lego and found that it didn't match the red lego color, and it didn't have lego printed on it. Also the texture of the slope was different. I didn't realize these before (...) (25 years ago, 2-Apr-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)

(...) is more than on plate high,(you sure to find it to be a plate and one half or half a full brick high before it slopes; 2)there are lines of plastic inside the bottom on all 4 sides to help grip it to the/a stud; 3) there is a small diameter (...) I am making my own World War II-era German vehicle. Mine, however, is the Hanomag Sdkfz251. (The half-tread.) I trust you are familiar with the vehicle? I need some help.
