Hi all, Building a realistic looking dome with LEGO elements is a real challenge. A dome is not only an egg-shaped half-shere, it often has additional structure like bands or windows. Simply amazing! I'm not a huge fan of the movie, but you've captured Blackout very well! I've always wondered about building Transformers, but haven't really tried it since I was very young. More pastificly, most animals like squid have a modified pair (or in some cases single) tentacle to deposit sperm, but here I'm not sure I can pick out which one (or pair) that is. Any (...) (...) yes, there are tiles to fill in the gap, and squeezed between the roof slopes they're in tight, but to keep them from falling through, there are 1x2 technic bricks with 1/2 pins placed at the right level underneath the tiles to keep them from (...) (...) A very clever technique. I assume there are tiles placed alongside the fence to build the thickness up to a full stud width? How are the tiles held up?
