Re: The Unofficial LEGO Advanced Building Techniques Guide

(...) I was about to suggest that a wiki would be the perfect way to organize/document Technic building techniques. I didn't know about brickwiki! -mark (18 years ago, 12-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

Re: The Unofficial LEGO Advanced Building Techniques Guide

(...) You could always add any techniques you like to the (URL) BrickWiki> (URL) building techniques> category. As it's a wiki, it can be edited by anyone, including you! ROSCO (18 years ago, 12-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  Re: Micro Scale Taj Mahal

Good job on your model. However there is one thing that bugs me. The main dome/spire is way too small/short See picture: (URL) If you can just adjust it, then it will be a great model. (18 years ago, 12-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Re: The Unofficial LEGO Advanced Building Techniques Guide

Hey Didier, This is a pretty good start towards a technique compendium, but I can think of a few things you missed. There's element stressing (as (URL) discussed> at Brickfest '06), and I think it would benefit from a section on articulation. After (...) (18 years ago, 12-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

Re: The Unofficial LEGO Advanced Building Techniques Guide

Wow! Thanks for all this hard work. There wasn't much not familiar in there (at first glance) but to have all this knowledge in one place instead of scattered all over the Lego web is brilliant! Thanks again! God Bless, Nathan (who is looking (...) (18 years ago, 11-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

The Unofficial LEGO Advanced Building Techniques Guide

Hi, (URL) "Télécharger document" , pdf document - 1,7Mb ) Well, almost everything is said in the document introduction.   Re: Vampire vigs

Hi Jonas! It's nice to see such a productive swede! I like these vigs, and especially seeing how good the new flesh-tones for the minifigs works for vampire. Finally we know what was on TLC's mind when they cahnged that colour! ;-) The ring of fire (...) (18 years ago, 11-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.vignette, lugnet.loc.se)

(...) In defense of Michael, his suburban Toronto LEGO store (Lasting Toys Inc., a real store, not an online store) is the first toy store that is selling my LEGO CD retail. Cheers, Gay istok (18 years ago, 7-Feb-07, to lugnet.build)

Re: Looking for LEGO instruction CDs we can sell in our store.

OH FOR SURE the original authors even know I am re-selling them. I buy in bulk/they offer cheaper prices that way/less work, and I offer them in the store for cheaper sometimes than they do through the web even. Why is people always assume the worst (...) (18 years ago, 7-Feb-07, to lugnet.build)
