new MOC: experimental mecha X6-1 "Rail"

It's called an 'experimental mecha' because I didn't have a particular goal. I did intend it to be light, almost architectural. I was going for something like Soren's (URL) V siren> (I love that model!) but ended up with something... different. As a (...)   Re: Rolling Walking Rabbit Wrecker

(...) Ditto Fradel's comment on Zoids. I wonder, if a quadraped mech was actually built, would it work better with a mammal layout (like Rabbit Wrecker) or more of an insect/crustacean layout (like the Iron Mecha entries). I had that winch part at (...) (18 years ago, 29-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: New Moc: Kestrel

(...) I like that bright orange/burnt orange color combination, I don't think I've seen that before. That cockpit design is also cool, a little more impact than just a solid wedge piece, although I wish the color matched. I'd suggest trying to get (...)   WW1 War Department 2 foot gauge Baldwin

I have finally finished my latest MOC, a (just larger than) Technic fig scale narrow gauge steam loco. I've written up a (URL) MOCpage> with loads of writing so probably best to go there so I don't have to say it all again. (2 URLs) I have also (...)   Re: Introducing Harry Vig

(...) Wow! I totally missed these when you posted them! I like the idea of another vig character to go along with Joe - maybe a vig with both Joe and Harry would work? And I especially like the use of pink seats in "Harry Resigns", although dark (...) (18 years ago, 28-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

Calculation of offset values on SNOT buildings.

This article describes a theory to ease calculations on SNOT building offset values using mathematical matrix theory.... (URL) (18 years ago, 28-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.schleim)

  Re: Introducing Harry Vig

(...) A little more subtle than intended maybe...by looking at the lack of responses. I'll be waiting for the "further installments". You are a RATTC man..:-) Cheers, Selçuk (18 years ago, 28-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Re: Burtonmobile

(...) Indeed. Alot of people have complained that many newer bricks are too specialized. Personally, I'm really enjoying the variety of slopes and wedges LEGO has seen fit to produce in the last few years. The new USC Batmobile certainly benefits (...)   Ghost in the Shell Transport Helicopter

Hi all, I'm on a bit of a Ghost in the Shell kick at the moment and thanks to some great help from Matthew Jeffrey for sending me a bunch of scans and Soren Roberts for lots of help in polishing it I've made a chopper.
