  Re: New White Tiger Mecha

(...) I must second this. VERY nice. I've been pretty quiet recently, but I want to say that all of the recently posted models have been very good. Kudos to all of you guys. Mladen, I highly reccommend that you next look into doing POVray renderings (...) (25 years ago, 7-Mar-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Model of MATRA's VAL System

(...) My mistake for assuming that the appearance of horizontal wheels always indicates their application to steering. You noted that such steering systems appear only in prototypes when used for passenger systems. In fact, my first exposure to such (...)   Re: New White Tiger Mecha

(...) Uh, you tell me Alew? Look at the title of my website, Mladen's LEGO "Creations" meaning original models. Let look at a mini-fig, it is pre-fab meaning "someone already made it, meaning it's not original. So logically what would a person try (...) (25 years ago, 6-Mar-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Eiffel Tower

Rick Nice pictures. And thanks for letting me see this cool model firsthand. It's a brilliant use of stacked 1x1s. I especially like the use of 1x1 round plates stuck in the middle of four studs to get a tighter indentation. I also marvel at the (...) (25 years ago, 6-Mar-00, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: New White Tiger Mecha

Thanks a lot Jeremy. This model was actually first designed on paper and then made. I'm really happy how it turned. I can't believe how much colour can make a model better; this model in real life is mostly grey, red, black which looks so-so, but (...) (25 years ago, 6-Mar-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Mladen, this one is way cool. I love the cockpit! And the head. And the limbs. And, and...oh heck, it's a cool model. :-, Looking back at your older stuff, I can say that you are definitely picking up more and more skills. Cheers, - jsproat (25 years ago, 6-Mar-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  New White Tiger Mecha

Ok, ok after this I'll stop posting updates this often. Anyway, this is another mecha I built after being inspired by Patlabor (yes, I am an obsessive fan) and one of the mecha from Front Mission 3. ROTFL!!! Sorry, heh... It's just that the title, "I got yer Technic beams RIGHT HERE!" sounds like something a discruntled mini-fig would say in some twisted Lego shoot-em-up movie.... Or maybe I'm just crazy... ~Nick (URL) (25 years ago, 6-Mar-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
