  Re: Micro-Scale MOC: Drachenburg Castle

(...) Very, very nice. I really want to sit myself down and try to copy some of your elements. I'm also a fan of microscale as it keeps the models in a size/time frame that I can manage. (19 years ago, 12-Oct-05, to lugnet.build.microscale)

(...) Thanks! I'd been itching to do a model with some nice fluid curves for some time now, and this was the perfect opportunity. I really wanted to add more gentle contouring with plates, as well as some mottling with varied shades of green and (...) (19 years ago, 12-Oct-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Great landscaping, and mottling. The colour balance is great, especially for something so small! God Bless, Nathan Visit my brickshelf gallery: (URL) (pic=link) (19 years ago, 12-Oct-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

  Re: Micro-Scale MOC: Drachenburg Castle

A great MOC. It is always nice to have a whole composition, rather than just a stand alone piece. This has a beautiful flow/layout with nice height fluctuation. The drop under the bridge is my faviourite detail... it just makes the MOC for me! (...) (19 years ago, 12-Oct-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

I think the scale is far, far too small for the 1x3 arches to be used for that!! But more importantly, very impressive model. I love the landscaping. -Josh (19 years ago, 12-Oct-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)
