Here's a new MOC, it's a Spider Tank Mech: (5 URLs) brickshelf gallery> I'll do a MOCpage when the site's back up. This MOC was heavily inspired by (but not a faithful replica of) a spider tank featured in the anime Ghost in the Shell--Stand Alone (...) (19 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX) !!

Hey Dan, I love the color scheme, reminds me of Space Police I. My favorite bit are the hands. I love how you used the 2x2 plate with the octagonal bar around it to fasten on the fingers. (...) Black doesn't photograph well; they're a lot more detailed in person. I'd considered Dark Grey, but I didn't have the parts at the time. I plan to get the parts, though, because I want to try it and decide if I like it better (I even have an (...) (19 years ago, 28-Apr-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)
