Self-supporting, Sturdy, Textured, Flexible, malleable LEGO Mosaic

I do not know if anyone has used this type of mosaic yet. But I was looking for a way to make cheap and large mosaics. Using 1x1 plates have limited colors and can cost a bit. But 1x2 bricks are less than .01 each. Plus we can find these in all (...) (20 years ago, 3-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic, FTX) !!

Re: Is it efficient to replace plates w/bricks in a plates studs up mosaic?

(...) Bob, I just downloaded a copy of program this week and have played around with it over a few lunch hours. Good question. Can you implement all three choices, say as a toggle like you choose with the other features? I have yet to do a mosiac, (...) (20 years ago, 3-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic, FTX)

Re: Gladius - My First Mech

(...) I rarely comment on mechs or mecha around here, but I have to break my vow of silence. I was an old-school battletech player, and my favorite was the Catapult. When the clan books first came out, I couldn't wait for a Mad Cat figure and so I (...) (20 years ago, 3-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Zombie Survival Guide - Supermarkets

(...) As I said in my mocpages review... this little dio is smacktacular! Something about the undead - ravishing the wholesome "Food Pope" supermarket establishment makes me want re-evaluate which building I occupy for defensive purposes if the ugly (...)   Is it efficient to replace plates w/bricks in a plates studs up mosaic?

Is it efficient to replace plates w/bricks in a plates studs up mosaic? I always thought it was and have been trying to think of a way to implement it in Bricksaic for about a year. I was trying to come up with a smart and efficient way of doing it. (...) (20 years ago, 2-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic, FTX)

Re: Zombie Survival Guide - Supermarkets

(...) Hurray indeed. Once again Keith you prove to be a sick and twisted individual. Don't ever change ya big lug. I got one beef however. With a set up like this, where is Ash??? You use Snake in the Yellowed hazy lands of the Reich, I think Ash (...) (20 years ago, 2-Feb-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

Re: Gladius - My First Mech

(...) Pardon me for beeing so late! Welcome to .mecha. It's only a few days I posted my first mech here, getting a fantastic and warm welcome. So I feel a bit strange writing this right now. Tim please tell me you were building for several years and (...) (20 years ago, 2-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Stormwalker

(...) I've chosen this pic as it's the one I like most too. (...) I like this idea, because I don't really want to change the torso (maybe different or more weapons). But up to now I couldn't find a way to bring the hips closer together without (...) (20 years ago, 2-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Stormwalker

(...) Thank you! I apreciate this, especially as it's coming from you. (see reply to Mark Neumann) (...) Hey, I wasn't begging for compassion. I enjoyed this time. Building is what LEGO means to me. I just wanted to give a figure for the time it (...) (20 years ago, 2-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
