(...) Cool. Thoa I have to say, the "stairs" appear as more of a ramp than steps to me. Mostly that is because Lego is so blocky, that when I see slight blockiness I guess I let my eyes smooth it out. Anyway, maybe its just me. Love the MOC thoa. (...) (...) Thanks Joe. Those sponsons (the winglets along the bottom of the hull) were a big kludge...I didn't have enough corner slopes to do what I really wanted. Next time I'll use triangular plates on the ends! I'll try that dihedral idea also, (...) (20 years ago, 2-Jan-05, to lugnet.build)

(...) Isn't that just using the "studs-up" technique instead of "studs forward"? IIRC I think the Lugnet Mosaic Maker does that too-- unless maybe you're talking about a more advanced dithering algorithm? IIRC Eric Harshbarger's PixeLego program had (...) (...) Like the shoulders? WOW! (...) Very, very sweet. I particuarily appreciate how the doors close once weapons are deployed on the back pods. The main gun looks seamless once all the way deployed. Too bad that front panel can't get stored inside (...) (20 years ago, 3-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)
