(...) great and the interior is fine. (...) Well I dunno about that, but if I was building a flying boat, I would make the hull (below the load line) easily removable. That way you can display the whole plane in the air, but remove the hull for when (...) (20 years ago, 30-Dec-04, to lugnet.build)

(...) Matso- That's one beautiful flying boat with the great bonus of interior detail. I would love to have it land on the beachfront of our current SCLTC layout! -Ted (20 years ago, 30-Dec-04, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Star Wars Chess Set MOC

I've finally finished a Star Wars chess set MOC which I've been slowly building over the last year or so (Though it's more like 'purchasing in small batches', since there's very little actual construction.) (2 URLs) (After mod) (2 URLs) It's quite (...) (20 years ago, 30-Dec-04, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.build, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX)

(...) larger than mine. I did see the megabloks one, and I thought that was was a bit too bulky looking FWIW.. (...) Heh. :) I'm sure my dad (who is a major Snoopy fan) would love it. He wanted to know if I could build him one, so it looks like I'm (...) (20 years ago, 29-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

(...) Very stable. It's weighted in the back because the head is naturally nose-heavy. I made sure of that, because I build the head first. My brickshelf folder has some build pics if you're interested: (URL) Did you use a 4x4 turntable there as (...) (20 years ago, 29-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

  Re: Good Grief! It's Snoopy

(...) Thanks :) The problem I had originally building the head was making the eyes visible from the front view as well as the profile. Hinges are wonderful to build with :) -Anne (20 years ago, 29-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

  Re: Shiny new things

(...) Good gravy Soren! I've been watching these moderate on BS and wondered. Wow, you've been busy. My fav of the bunch would be the Fuchikima Special with the "eye" done with tubing. Of course the machine gun bursts on the Hurricane are an awesome (...) (20 years ago, 29-Dec-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
