  Re: Lego Factory repeat entries???

(...) Interesting. It probably depends on what Lego's definition of "entirely new" is, I suppose. As an example, the current Senior model vote leader this week is a blue baseball stadium, which I assume is from the same builder as another blue (...)   Re: Town Hall - Micro Scale for Lego Factory Contest

(...) Thank you. I remember admiring the hospital and putting it in my personal top tier of entries. I especially liked the driveway cover made of glass, the red/white color scheme, and the wonderful micro-helicopter. To me, having good "playable" (...)   Re: Town Hall - Micro Scale for Lego Factory Contest

Here, here, I was wondering what happened there and am glad it came out the way it did. My designs ended up in fifth and sixth place (waterfall scene with train and hospital). Pretty awesome considering those were some of my first ones. It seems (...) (20 years ago, 9-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.microscale)

  Lego Factory repeat entries???

Hi all, I wonder if anybody else has noticed that some entries are showing up more than once. For example, the Dutch windmill which is currently in second place for the junior contest (week 4) is also entered as a model for week 5. However, the (...)   Re: New England Church - MOC for Lego Factory week 4

(...) Thank you! Yea, I really am enjoying the challenge of using the limited pallate. Some people are making cool details that I never would have thought of! Anyway, you can see lots of cool designs on (URL) . -Alfred (20 years ago, 9-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

  Re: Part Confirmation

  Part Confirmation

Can anyone confirm if part 30165 "'Brick 2 x 2 with Curved Top and 2 Studs on Top" fits into part 3659 "Arch 1 x 4"? Specifically, can I put them together like (URL) without a huge gap? -Rob (20 years ago, 9-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: New England Church - MOC for Lego Factory week 4

(...) What a progressive church -- everyone attending seems to be driving a Toyota Prius! My kind of place. You created a lot of pleasing detail just by choosing different 1 x 1 brick elements -- a beam here, a headlight brick there. Nice job. (...)   Re: VIP treatment

(...) Keeping with the common theme for this competition I like to see city/town buildings, like you did. I like to see stuff that's detailed and has interesting and varied building techniques. I look for things that not only look good but also (...) (20 years ago, 9-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Re: Town Hall - Micro Scale for Lego Factory Contest

(...) Thank you, Kelly - that is very kind of you. I was wondering who had the great train station, and I'm glad to see it's a fellow LUGNETer. I told my wife I would have been happy to lose to your excellent train model (it was a small 4-8 vote gap (...) (20 years ago, 9-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)
