  Bunker, Manta, and Zoar

The weeks leading up to and following MWBC have been a time of busy building for me, and so I've got a few things to share with you all today...   Re: MOC: Brikington Manor

(...) Thank you for the feedback, Jojo. I hope you saw some of your own influence throughout the building ... particularly your gorgeous loom and Singer sewing machine up on the third floor! Thanks again! shaun (20 years ago, 10-Nov-04, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch)

Re: A duck, a city, and a centerpiece.

(...) Thanks. You know what's funny? You're not the first person to ask me that. :) I used to be a cartoonist, but it's been over 10 years since I drew a daily cartoon strip. My fiancee said I should use photos of these guys as the characters in a (...) (20 years ago, 10-Nov-04, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: GAT-X105 Aile Strike Gundam

Wow, wow, wow, (...) If you could get those flat techic plate click hinges, those would probably suit you well for the knees in this scale. (SW AT-AT or AT-TE joints) I should say though, I think you captured the Gundam quite well! (...) Don't (...) (20 years ago, 10-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Brikington Manor

(...) Hi Thomas, Thanks for the comments and feedback! I'm in the process of collecting all the images together, so I'll definitely be able to offer everything in a single .zip file. I'll keep you posted on the progress. Thanks again! .s (20 years ago, 10-Nov-04, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch)

Well, there are no pictures of creations to post at the moment--they are either in a disposable camera or waiting to be completed--but I wanted to say "Salaam waw layquum" and a belated "Happy Halloween". I too just moved across country, more or (...) (20 years ago, 10-Nov-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.people, FTX)

  GAT-X105 Aile Strike Gundam

(URL) Brickshelf Gallery: (URL) First some links for those unfamilar with this design: (2 URLs) After accumulated enough bricks, I decided to start one of my dream MOC projects a large scale, highly detailed Gundam.   Re: Tatsumaki

Wow, sweet mother of nuggetrons. Pretty cool way to make use of Titan parts sans blue. I love the way you incorporated the samurai armor look. What were the odds that two Titan bases mecha would show up so close to each other. I would have replied (...) (20 years ago, 10-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Hi my name is Marcus Clancy and this is my first post on Lugnet. I wanted to show my new mech and possibly hear some feedback. The mech that i am posting is based off a frame that I had made a few months ago. The purpose of this frame was to see if (...) (20 years ago, 10-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.mecha) !

Re: LEGOfactory.com launches... and it's big!

(...) How kind of you to think that, David. But no, I live in Amsterdam, the capital city of The Netherlands (and that's somewhere in Europe :-) With friendly greetings, M. Moolhuysen. (20 years ago, 9-Nov-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.build.microscale)

  Re: MOC: Brikington Manor

This is really fantastic. Shaun, you've done a fantastic job capturing all the detail and feel of a real place in minifig scale, not that easy to do. I love this. I think we all have grand ideas, and we settle for something else along the way, but (...) (20 years ago, 9-Nov-04, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

And Brikington Manor is definitely a place I wish I could visit. Major Kudos to you, Shaun. (...) (20 years ago, 9-Nov-04, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

Re: LEGOfactory.com launches... and it's big!

(...) Definitely! To me it came up as trying to be hung off a LUGNET path which clearly is wrong unless I *really* missed a memo! FTX URLs can be tricky to get right. But hats off to Jake for bringing us this info in a hurry, FTX URL snafus are not (...) (20 years ago, 9-Nov-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.off-topic.geek)

Re: LEGOfactory.com launches... and it's big!

(...) That also makes sense--that said, I know when I clicked on the link provided via FTX, it was a little wonky. Ahh, the internet... in all its mixed-up glory--the propagation of names is fickle--I have no problem here in southern Ontario, but (...) Absolutely unbelievable. The details just blow my mind - each individual room could be a MOC worth highlighting, but the totality of it just takes my breath away.
