Hi my name is Marcus Clancy and this is my first post on Lugnet. I wanted to show my new mech and possibly hear some feedback.   The mech that i am posting is based off a frame that I had made a few months ago. The purpose of this frame was to see if I could make a frame using only balljoints for the articulation since I had not see this done before. I used Gla Gla's armature to get ideas and went from there. The mech itself is made of pieces from 2 Titan XP sets and a box of black parts i had. I am not sure what else to say so if there are any questions or comments i would like to hear them.

Marcus(MC7)

Wow, sweet mother of nuggetrons. Pretty cool way to make use of Titan parts sans blue. I love the way you incorporated the samurai armor look. What were the odds that two Titan bases mecha would show up so close to each other. I would have replied (...) (20 years ago, 10-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) up any of the ball sockets, like in the knees for example? That blue is a very nice color. This is just fantastic. Great shape and scale, love the facial expression. I got no real critique save wondering how the joints hold. Maybe also (...) (20 years ago, 10-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) This is really nicely done. I appreciate the in-progress shots, but with the black skeleton, it's a little hard to see the details. That's a lot of ball joints! Looks like an articulated "spine" too--he can do sit-ups? My suggestion--this mech (...) (20 years ago, 11-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) I have been thinking about Tatsumaki and I plan to make some changes soon, but for now I am working on a new mech and I hope to have it done by the end of the week. Pics and a post on that mech soon. I also plan to add more pics of the (...) (20 years ago, 17-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

I think the style and form are great. The colors are all new and the (...) (20 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) Wow, Marcus. You beat me to it. (I seem to write that on Lugnet a lot.) And it looks really good! I am not a mecha person -- I'm a bit too old, I guess. But my son loves giant robots, so I've been trying to build a few. I have a half-completed (...) (20 years ago, 1-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)
