(...) here in canada, there is a furniture chain called "the brick". ottawa is a quasi-bilingual city. as you might have guessed, in french, "brique" also means brick. the pun she may also have been referring to was the "herd" of cows - pictures yet (...) The ones along the edges and especially in the corners are less stable and will occasionally fall off in transit, but they are no where near as unstable as flower stems on their (...) This thread has gotten quite tangled in lugnet.space and other groups as folks have tried to redirect it. I have just overrode followups on all messages that followed up into lugnet.space such that followups go to lugnet.build.arch. The other groups (...) Wow, I'm speechless! I wish you had posted these earlier - I have a bunch of non-AFOL furniture designers in my CAD class who were looking for something to draw for my LEGO assignment.. i too was fortunate to experience my first lego/train show at railfair 27 held in ottawa this past weekend - an experience that needs to be repeated more than once a year. the group worked well together, orchestrating the layout with smooth (...) Can sonar "see" around objects? Can it detect, for example, a sub hiding on the other side of a reef or similar underwater obstacle? Here's why I'm asking: The kitchenette in my office is around the corner and down a hall, so I can't see when (...)
