  Re: dino-craigo-lego

(...) Yes. These amazing models got me thinking of the dinosaurs at the Mall of America. Much much much bigger (some are over 8 feet tall at least) but ultimately... LESS impressive. Why? Because they're so big all the builder had to do was get the (...) (25 years ago, 7-Feb-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.general)

(...) That's Awesome! Craig, you never stop surprising me ;-) "into CW 24 hours a day..." Yeah right :-) Those dinos look great, I especially love the triceratop - I liked the "little-foot" movie as a girl (or whatever that was called), and "Sera" (...)   Re: New newsgroups: Architecture, Contests, Mecha, and Minifigs (subgroups of lugnet.build)

(...) While it's great that there is a place to organise building contests, it does kinda preclude the possibility of having another more general group to discuss and announce other types of contests. Eg (URL). Does this mean that other types of (...) (25 years ago, 6-Feb-00, to lugnet.build)

David Macaulay's book "Mill" can inspire you to build a LEGO Technic MOC model or a classroom project that incorporates both architectural and mechanical features.   Re: Brick Layers II book

Thank you for the correction. The set with parts has the ID #1030 but the building cards alone have the ID #1031. Weird. My mistake for not confirming the correct URL at Kevin Loch's Brickshelf. More importantly, now we all know that C S Soh dabbles (...) (25 years ago, 6-Feb-00, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.build, lugnet.edu, lugnet.dacta, lugnet.technic, lugnet.books)
