  Re: Ministry Of Information Retrieval

(...) I found this one at work this week. My quick daily tour through brickshelf turned into a marathon session, just looking at this one Moc. I'll probably be fired this week (abuse of internet privilidges)...which may be what the Reich was (...) (20 years ago, 27-Jun-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  moc: warehouse loft conversion

this urban renewal project sits on the corner of a main road and less well maintained side road (beware of pot holes - even though the road has been patched already). (URL) the owners have very modern tastes which suit loft living. they favour (...) *sigh* Ok, Keith, you're just going to have to stop this! You're making the rest of us look bad! Oh, and BTW, you have too much grey, please send the obvious surplus to this address: *fumbles for address book* You also obviously have way too much (...)   Re: The new town hall of myLegoland

(...) Here there is the working link: (URL) Thank you, Didier, for your opinions. I will try to bring some of my creation (like the tram, this town hall and much others that you can see in my Brickshelf gallery or in my website) to an Italian (...)   Re: Statue of Liberty Pedestal for set 3450

Hi Mark, I'm 'collecting' tan also for catle structures. I think it's an adequate choice for the red-sand like bricks they used in many (European?) castles anyway. About my Seven Wonders Project: I tend to go for Artemis or the Mausoleum. For both I (...) (20 years ago, 26-Jun-04, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.sculpture)

Re: Statue of Liberty Pedestal for set 3450

Thanks Daan. With the color change of grey (and the fact that white fades quickly - my Union Station is already showing aging, although I think it improves the look), I think tan will probably take a higher place in my color choices for town (...) (...) Hi Bruce, thank you very much! It was hard to find a way to give the vertical grooves without use too much special parts (first I thought that I could use the 1x2 bricks with vertical groove).   Re: Statue of Liberty Pedestal for set 3450

Hello Mark Chan, I like your model a lot! Given the restrictions you yourself already mentioned, it's an eyecatching pedestrial. I might borrow some of your solutions in my 'seven wonders' project! I finished my pyramid and will start on one of the (...) (20 years ago, 26-Jun-04, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.sculpture)
