  Re: Text in walls

(...) Hi Sonnich, One of the best places to start is probably this page by Eric Harshbarger: (URL) well worth browsing some of his mosaics too. And maybe even check out the "Schleim Truck"! (URL) (21 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic, lugnet.build)

  Text in walls

Hi all! Being new to this, and after trying, I realised that mosaics are not that easy to do. To be specific I want to have a text in a wall. I tought that it would be simple, but now I realise that it will take some more time. I am not even sure (...) (21 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic, lugnet.build)

Re: New Mecha - The Klymyth

You magnificent bastid! Where are the pics of this blue doggie humping the leg of some fabulous babe? I don't know what else to say about your mecha that has not been said a thousand times...Klymyth is epic, and a worthy addition to your fine family (...)   Re: New Mecha - The Klymyth

Hey, why are you making quadrupeds that can't actually walk. That's too easy! It's time you made a motorized four legged walker. Quadrupeds are inherently stable and don't require dynamic control other than gearing, but with an RCX it could do (...) (21 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Neptune's Moon Lagoon

(...) Could be worse. I've gotten so used to posting in forums that I sometimes close the window after only hitting the Preview button. (...) Ah, that would probably explain why someone in Wisconsin had such huge quantities of gems, and all but one (...)   Re: Neptune's Moon Lagoon

(...) Solar pull on the Earth's tides is pretty weak compared to the lunar pull. It'd probably be even weaker compared to terran pull on the moon. Tides might fluctuate an inch or two throughout the lunar month, but not enough to get a good surf (...) (21 years ago, 23-Mar-04, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.space, lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Neptune's Moon Lagoon

(...) Less than you might think. The reason why there's an obverse lunar tide is because the moon is small and doesn't exert enough gravitic force on the far side of earth to pull all the water around to the near side. The side closest to the moon (...) (21 years ago, 23-Mar-04, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.space, lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Neptune's Moon Lagoon

(...) Oops! Um, wrong parallel universe. But, there would be some solar tidal pull, though not as strong. (...) You mean, the fact that the water is 'imported' in barrels from the tanks downstairs; the very tanks used to replenish the pool? Boy, if (...)
