  Re: Model being "painted"

(...) The building I remember was Rosco's ISCC 2 entry - Making of the Town Scene Included laying the road, erecting the buildings in grey and then "painting" them to the correct colour parts HTH William (21 years ago, 13-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Super Junkbot!

(...) Excellent representation! I love when people are able to get a sculpture just right, which you've done. The eyes are a perfect touch. How tall does JB stand? I'd love to see the sculpture in context. - Kelly (21 years ago, 13-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

Re: The Parable ot the Tortured Debtor

(...) As in "how can I tie this to 'backpacks' as an adjective to describe it, just to be silly. I could have said "wow you really "packed" a lot in" but that would have been TOO obvious. I could have XFUT to off-topic.pun, but, again, too obvious. (...) (21 years ago, 13-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.ancient)

  Model being "painted"

Does anyone recall examples of MOCs where the model changes color part way and there is a minifig hard at work "painting" it?   Re: Mischief3

(...) I like the design. The first picture gave me the feeling that this 'bot is up to no good. Not planet-destroying-no-good, but more like I'm-gonna-put-pepper...ee-no-good :-) And it is not really Bionicle, because I can see studs! Good work. (...) (...) [snip] (...) Thanks John, for your kind feedback and help in translation. What I think is funny about theis piece of artwork ist the following: the logo has been done by the artist as kind of "sign". He did it with ballpen or pencil in a size (...)   Re: Juno

Female? Not unless your model was Margaret Thatcher (shudder)... Cool model, just not at all feminine. I like the "weight" of the legs, and the way the shoulders seem to angle back. Soren (21 years ago, 13-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: The Parable ot the Tortured Debtor

(...) Yeah, I was happy to finish this one up a little ahead of schedule. (...) It isn't? I could be wrong, but I thought this parable was one of the easier ones to "decode".
