  Re: Brickcreations.com is now online!

(...) Huh! Never even noticed that! I guess I didn't think of it.... I suppose in the next incarnation of the site I will have to put that in. Probably not a big deal for now, I really want my work to do the talking. I am selling the models, not (...) (21 years ago, 9-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Itsy Bitsy Spider...

(...) Yeah, Hammer is coming soon. I'm hoping Mladen gets so wrapped up kicking my poor little spiders around that Mladen's kick a** multi legged mecha don't see the Hammer striking the anvil. So to speak. It's sad in a way, I love my MOCs but I'm (...) (21 years ago, 9-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  C-3PO Star Wars Miniland Figure

The Bad News: He ignored Han’s advice – he didn’t let the Wookie win. The Good News: He’s made of LEGO – his arms can be put right back on! Click the picture below to see him reassembled (and then disassembled again!): (URL) I’m really happy with (...) (...) Bill, You never mention who you are on your site. You use the pronoun 'I' lots but I could not find you full name. My $0.02, Jude (21 years ago, 9-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Itsy Bitsy Spider...

Mark, epic, creepy spider-mecha, but where is the Hammer!? Time to bring the Hammer down on the competition. Back to the spider, nice economical cockpit that doesnt detract from the insectoid shape, and the abdomen missle launcher is a great (...) (21 years ago, 9-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: A couple mini-mechs

Excellent job, Peter! Proof that cool things can come in small packages. I'm quite fond of the Demolisher, as it's more mecha-like. Great overall design. The Raider is more mech-like with it's reverse-kneed goodness. Still cool. though as the (...) (21 years ago, 9-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: A couple mini-mechs

Wow, for such small mechs they have great detail, my favorite would have to be the demolisher. The legs seem to go perfectly with the rest of the body and the dual chainsaws are nice! I also really like the method you used with the hinges for the (...) (21 years ago, 9-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  XB-202a Wing Construction Details

Greetings, A few people seemed interested in a further explanation of my SNOT wing building techniques, so I did a wing dissection and posted the pictures to my brickshelf gallery: (URL) think the photos pretty much speak for themselves, but I'd be (...)   A couple mini-mechs

I thought I'd share a couple relatively mini-mechs I've been working on. (URL) The Demolisher is a former heavy lifting/building demolition mech now outfitted for combat. (URL) The Raider is a scout/fast assault mech... little armor but definitely (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX) !

  Re: Brickcreations.com is now online!

(...) I wouldn't worry too much about the new guys! There are still way more bricks available to them than they could possibly imagine! I was talking to one of the guys the other day and he was quite pleased that of instead of looking at the 5-10 (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Itsy Bitsy Spider...

(...) Thanks Lenny, I hear you. The legs kind of bug me because of the holes, but the shape more than makes up for it. I went to cover and build on the legs but then I lost the slenderness and "spideryness" (word?) of them. Once I started to build (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Itsy Bitsy Spider...

Thanks for the commments. (...) Hmmm, perhaps not. But remember, in the Cockpit of a MWP, no one can hear you scream.... "Where are the signals coming from?!?! They're everywhere man! I can't get a lock... aaahahggggg...**static**" mwhahahahahah! (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Parable of the Harsh Master

This is actually one of the most famous stories of the new testament, I have read it in a number of translations, each seems to emphasize a different part of this story just like it was done here, as always with the bible there are a number of ways (...)   Re: Itsy Bitsy Spider...

-snip- (...) -snip- Mark, The body of this is very cool - I always love seeing something that looks like a real animal, but is actually a robot-mech - especially how you did the cockpit - it is very nice. The body of the spider itself is also very (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Itsy Bitsy Spider...

(...) Absolutely delightful old chap! :-) Heh, Mark, that's an awesome "spider" mech. The guns up front are classic Neumann. I also like the colour scheme you chose, and the Technic leg construction that you employed. The spinner works too, 'cause (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Brickcreations.com is now online!

(...) What? No more making special orders for bricks that have never been produced for sale? Bummer. Well, I guess it doesn't matter much to you anymore, but that's got to be a serious disappointment for the three new MBs. (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Brickcreations.com is now online!

(...) I don't know if frustrating would be the right word, I would say challenging..... To build with the model shop supply of bricks is a dream, almost unlimited suppy of parts, in a great array of colors. But since you can't take them home at the (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)
