  8002 Destroyer Droid Errata

Mine did not have this errata sheet. I would assume it pertains to the rear leg storage? Built according to the instructions, the mechanism for closing and opening the rear leg is *extremely* stiff. Would we, in light of TLG fair play policies, be (...) (25 years ago, 28-Dec-99, to lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.starwars)

  Advent Calendar Fun is back

I finally got time to organize all the Advent Calendar photos. It was hard to come up with creative models with just 6-8 pieces, but it was fun! Thanks to Thomas Main for the idea and starting it all! Please smile if you enjoy the photos. :o) (URL) (25 years ago, 28-Dec-99, to lugnet.build)

"Adam Ogle" <oglewood@lcs.net> wrote in message news:Fn7KKH.EtA@lugnet.com... (...) Can you explain this statement please?   Re: Transmission made from standard Technic parts

Check my page. I have wanted to do the same thing, but didn't know how. So I looked up a model in the encyclopedia and go the general idea. The transmission I made doesn't need a clutch, because when it shifts, it has a little delay between the (...) (25 years ago, 23-Dec-99, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.build)

I've found that an excellent cleaning method is to soak them in Bizz detergent (by far the best detergent...it can get things out that better-known brands can't touch) for a couple of hours, then scrub them with a toothbrush, and rinse in a (...)   A great cleaning method for lego

Do you have a big lego model, that´s covered with dust between the studs? then, you need a toothbrush! A toothbrush is great! Remember, angle the brush, use soft, gentle brushes. It´s like brushing your own teeth. It´s a pretty slow method, but it (...) (25 years ago, 21-Dec-99, to lugnet.storage, lugnet.build, lugnet.general)
