(...) No, not quite... it's a little bit smaller. It would probably have to be about 50% bigger. I guess if I'd thought about it (at all) before building it, it would have made sense to do it in the same scale, even if it meant it would take longer (...) (...) [...] (...) Well, you've got some great parts ideas, and it's your call, but I'd much prefer you reveal 0% of your prototypes. Personally I want to see ideas on a finished MOC because the challenge of application brings concepts like context, (...) (21 years ago, 29-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)
 
  Another Homer Mosaic
 
I have seen a number of Homer mosaics displayed here and thought I'd finally add my own. I built it quite awhile ago but never took any pictures. (...) scale as your Empire State Building? (...) I don't really like the top though. It looks too simplified of a representation for the scale you are using. I know you said you kinda of just threw it together quickly, but it seems to me that with (...) (21 years ago, 29-May-03, to lugnet.build.arch)

Hi, everybody. I needed a "brain break" yesterday and decided to turn to my pile of LEGO pieces. The result? A 1,500 piece model of The Chrysler Building. (URL) you enjoy it.
