  Re: LEGO Cable-Stayed Bridge

(...) We certainly do enjoy this work! You are impressive, Patrick, very much so, as a matter of fact. How did you get the cables to be built on either bridge, Patrick? Doing that must have been the most difficult part of building them bridges. As a (...) (22 years ago, 8-Apr-03, to lugnet.build.arch)

Re: Lego mosaic of Roy Lichtensteins "Girl in Mirror" painting.

LEGOLAND Billund (and soon, Windsor/Carlsbad) now has a fairly comprehensive selection of transparent bricks for sale in bulk, so 'stained glass' mosaics should now become possible, and relatively affordable. Bulk is US$60/Kg at Billund. Billund (...) (22 years ago, 8-Apr-03, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

Well, I'm nearing the end of my blitz of new MOCs. This is one of my favorites. I don't have enough pieces to build a really good large mech, so I stay small. I was inspired by another mech I saw on brickshelf, but I can't find it at the moment. (...) (22 years ago, 7-Apr-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)
