(...) Yes, it is self-supporting without the stand. However, the center of mass is rather far forward when it's in regular turkey mode, so it sort of leans over a bit (the shock absorber in the leg is actually slightly weight bearing, so it deforms (...) (...) the hovering mecha was going to have legs but i ran out of good joint pieces so i made it into a hoverthing ;) . i think of it as being a more of a construction mech or one usaed in places where legs wouldnt (...)
