actually, the mecha you are referring to, mortarhead, was done by soren roberts. my last moc was gunjin. i want to upload pics of my new mecha soon, but i need serveral pieces that aren't the correct color, and i can't afford to purchase from (...) (22 years ago, 5-Mar-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Stuart, It was a pleasure putting this one together at BricksWest. I loved the way you packed her in foam that was cut out to the proper shape. I felt like I was opening a toy package. (...) cant wait to see it. i thoguht your five star mech was a bit overdone in the legs, they didnt retain a shape and often went in weird directions, but the rest of it was pretty darn keen, and daring (the huge head piece heh) that's like the (...) Brian, Until late 1999 to early 2000, small scale building really did not seem to have a common name. Of course, there were references to quarter-scale, half-scale, etc. but as far as I know, nothing stuck. The irony is, prior to the advent of the (...) (22 years ago, 5-Mar-03, to lugnet.build.microscale)

ah yes, i remember my first mech...but that is another story... anywho, very nice variation on the 'sawa, nice use of the lightsaber handle for the grip. and i am liking the sheild on the big one, does it expand like a gundams? great job on both, (...) i really dig the armored core-style mecha for a couple of reasons: first of all, i like how you included multiple weapons systems for it and i also like the reverse knee look. the second reason why i like the mecha is because it looks kind of like a (...)
