Re: LEGO (SNOT) Mosaic: The Mad Hatter

Eric, awesome job! If I'm understanding all the posts correctly, this could be a jigzaw puzzle, right? The image is just made up of lots of smaller, and not really connected, parts? That is sort of scary. Of course you could make it into a big (...) (22 years ago, 20-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

Re: Starscream, Prime and Megatron Preview

Sweet!!!! (Just wait until Eric Sophie sees this!!) That Megatron rocks!! What to do next? Hm...how about Jetfire?   Lame Parts Reminder

Hi All, Just a short reminder that the Lame Parts Competition is still running. We've had a few entries so far, but only a few.   Re: LEGO (SNOT) Mosaic: The Mad Hatter

(...) Wow - that must have been quite maddening! Aren't you afraid of the parts falling out though? Did you consider using headlight bricks or an extra layer or something to hold the pieces together? Or is the friction and weight enough to prevent (...) (22 years ago, 20-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

Re: The Ten Commandments, The Golden Calf, and The Ark of the Covenant

(...) Wow ... some great stuff here. I particularly love the cloud (and lightning) and the golden calf. The maxifig hands for ears was a brilliant stroke. And the tablets too. Great stuff.   Re: Mechastruct entry, Dragonwolf

Thank you sir, thank you. I was sort of shooting for a mech/velociraptor sort of theme. I actually built three heads before satisfied for this beast. The first one just wouldn't hold itself together, the second is neat looking but a little too (...) (22 years ago, 19-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Starscream, Prime and Megatron Preview

No chance of doing it in the right colors there aren't even enough parts made in those colors to build it. I will probably do it in Yellow and black (or maybe blue), and if I get ambitious I would render it in cad using the right colors (neon green (...) (22 years ago, 19-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
