| sadly, no I can't when I post from my e-mail at home and I'm not posting from lugnet web interface, the e-mail service adds that automatically to every mesage that I send. | (...) I think this is a great suggestion for what Luke is trying to accomplish. Just place the tubing in the center of two long friction axels. If flex tubing gives you too much flex, you could alternatively use the 4L lightsaber blades in it's (...) (23 years ago, 9-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

| Interesting solution! I had tried the long pins and found that the end I wanted to stay stayed for the most part...but it wasn't reliable. Increasing the friction of one end is a novel idea indeed.
