It's set number 4128, and I got one a couple weeks ago in a small toy store in the northeast US for $21.56 (which was 20% off list price, they were having a (...) As someone who likes attention to detail, I have to agree. I've spent about an hour looking at the details in this diorama. I especially like your attention to the window treatments.
