(...) Dude that kick ass. Very nice. The lettering aspect totally makes the piece. FWIW, I've found if you pre-dither an image (in Photoshop or whatever) to the number of levels the mosaic will be in, you'll get really nice gradients that reduce the (...) (23 years ago, 25-Jan-02, to lugnet.build)

Paul, Thanks for the comments. The Audrey Hepburn mosaic is the work of Henry Lim, a friend of mine, and accomplished LEGO builder (he's also the other co-owner of the Modulex bricks I mentioned on my webpage). As per my FAQ, the Pixelego program I (...) (23 years ago, 25-Jan-02, to lugnet.build)

WOW! Very impressive. As someone who is currently doing a pop art mosiac using standard 3033 type bricks (40 tubs worth of them!), I gotta say how impressed I am at with yours. I sometimes get frustrated with my mosiac, but having to make sure you (...) (23 years ago, 25-Jan-02, to lugnet.build)

Cool MOC, as usual Mark. ;-D Like others have mentioned, the use of the Bionicle mask is very "neat" (okay, okay, it's totally sweet dude). One suggestion though, add more armour to the front. Now that is one cool mecha, hehe, awesome, it looks like it has really good articulation, and all of it is mechanized too, just too cool, This is such a clever idea too, I mean, I would never have thought to take a bird of prey to mecha. hehe, (...) hey cool, That is one of the coolest hard suits I've seen in a while! what a awesome use of the bionicle mask, that is ingenious.
