  Re: Hs132 Jet Divebomber Resource

(...) As far as I know, none of those planes were fictional, though most were just paper proposals. The sawblade Fw-500 thing seems pretty far-fetched though. - Gary (...) (23 years ago, 28-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: New MOC: Artist's Studio Retreat (ISCC Entry)

Amazing! I was just skimming through here for Blacktron contest entries and decided to take a glance at this - I'm normally a space fan, but this work is awesome! The curves, and the detail in stair well. Very nice work! ~ Tom Bram Lambrecht (...) (23 years ago, 28-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.contests)

  Re: Classic Helmets Revealed!

(...) I'll try this later and see if it shows up well on the black one, my other space helmets are in storage right now. BTW, you did note the extra 20% jutting out from the extra thick chinstrap helmet, right? It even has some weird transition line (...) (23 years ago, 28-Dec-01, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Classic Helmets Revealed!

(...) both types of helmets (I only have like 4 classic space guys). You might think about scanning the bottoms of the helmets - it's really obvious which type is which, when you look at the bottom. The thin-chin helmets have a perfectly circular (...) (23 years ago, 28-Dec-01, to lugnet.build)

  Classic Helmets Revealed!

Hey Y'all: I have set up a teeny webpage to illustrate the difference between the two older types of classic helmets: the one with the thinner chinstrap, and the one with the extra thick chinstrap.   Re: New mecha: Minotaur

(...) Yep, sure am. However did you guess? ;-) (...) Thanks Sun. Now that I think, it does have similar proportions to lots of McFarlane's stuff. About the torso; I tried to do something a little different than before. I'm finding myself kind of (...) (23 years ago, 28-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Hs132 Jet Divebomber Resource

(...) Okay... I looked at that site.. I thought I knew of a lot of the X-planes Germany was working on.. I GOTTA ask... the Germans didn't have ALL of those things in the works...?? Some of those have to be someone's fictional ideas... right? (looks (...) (23 years ago, 28-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.military)

The Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow

Using parts from the Harry Potter sets (particularly the new 4712 "Troll on the Loose" one) it is now all too easy to construct a Headless Horseman mini-fig. I threw this one together and snapped a few pics using the new camera (combo s-vhsc (...)
