Re: MS-06F Zaku and Website Teasers

(...) Na, still got the valk although it is now a VF-1A Hikaru/Rick. I had been making a white valk until I realized Lego doesn't make a few pieces that I need in white, so I just did it in grey. I'm trying to see if I have enough parts to do a Max (...) (23 years ago, 1-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The Omega Project

It looks pretty darn close :) (apart from the obviously missing rear end) I think its 'neck' is a touch long but its looking really good -- James Stacey ---...--- www.minifig.co.uk #925 "Rick Hallman" <legodude725@removeaol.com> wrote in message (...)   The Omega Project

I am working on a Babylon 5, Omega-Class Destroyer. :) LMKWYT and/or constructive feedback. I have been told this isn't quite right. Let's make it right. :) (URL) (23 years ago, 1-Nov-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.general)

  Re: Rotary Engine Help

(...) Bill, In a radial engine, the cylinders are just arranged in a circle around the crankshaft, and the propellor is either attached directly to the crankshaft, or attached via a gearbox. I think most WWII radial engined airplanes had the (...) (23 years ago, 1-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: Rotary [should be Radial] Engine Help

  Rotary Engine Help

One of the weaker spots in my PB4Y-2 model is the engines. They are very basic. I'd like some advice on how I can make more realistic engines. The real plane has four radial engines, with air scoops above and below, for an elliptical shape. I (...) (23 years ago, 1-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: marsbase update...

(...) Well, sort of. There is space for the pilot. But not much more than that. I know you like to see the internal systems, but I just never seem to find the time. Also, seems like my structures always seem to small to really have any room for LEGO (...) (23 years ago, 1-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: MS-06F Zaku and Website Teasers

Re: Boston RedSox Minifig from cancelled promotion...

(...) This is a little late, and probably not overly helpful, but I can say a bit about them. I own one (it made an appearance at BrickFest '01), which was given to me by someone who attended a Red Sox game in August 1999. According to him they were (...)   Re: MS-06F Zaku and Website Teasers

(...) A clean rendition without an exorbitant parts count, almost a feasible model kit. HobbyJapan is a good place to get an eye for mecha design, looking at all the details on those great models. P.S. Your site looks very upscale. Good work. You've (...) (23 years ago, 31-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Dark Gundam site update

  Fish & Flippers concludes!

A few months ago I was in a funk. My favorite theme, Aquazone, appeared to be gone for good in production and in the minds of AFOLs. Of course I still had all the pieces, but part of the fun of all these themes is seeing what other people create. (...) Thanks Eric, Yes, the "Nobel Gundam" ( (URL) was just one of two (the other being Dave Thomas Jr's "Golden" ( (URL) )) models I checked out for inspiration.
