  Re: Karim Nassar...

Hi Geordan, I contacted Karim via e-mail during the summer (July, IIRC). He said he was in the process of moving. I can imagine that he's been *quite* busy. His last MOC was the [1] XV-560 "Bullfrog". (...) (23 years ago, 7-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, lugnet.people)

  Re: Half-Stud Offset Building

(...) Yes - the other way that I know of requires a piece with a hollow stud, and a 1x tile or brick. Tiles and bricks have "posts" which go between the studs normally. However they are the same diameter as the holes in hollow stud pieces (the 1x2 (...) (23 years ago, 7-Oct-01, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Suburban Station

(...) I think I saw one in a Moc once. I think it used bicycle wheels. That's the best ref I have. (...) Wooden legs aren't odd.... You know what IS odd, though? They all seem to be on the same side! Must be something about right legs that LEGO(r) (...) (23 years ago, 7-Oct-01, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch)
