(...) Wow! Now your MS makes sence. You should have posted this image in the first place. I am very interested to know from which manga/series you got this from. I should add that you did an excellent job in copying the "feel" of that mech! (...) (23 years ago, 19-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

AWESOME! I love it, Stuart! The torso is great, as are the protruding flaps (if they are flaps?). Very nicely done. I especially liked how you mentioned in another post that anime mecha have exaggerated features... This is definitely true. Anime (...) (23 years ago, 19-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: The Secret Masters of the Illuminati

(...) Fnord. Very cool. You're missing some, though. Let's see. The Gnomes of Zurich ought to be easy enough, a couple of wizards and a lot of gold coins. The Bavarian Illuminati, I guess you could go for conventionalism and do some dudes with large (...) (23 years ago, 19-Sep-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)

  Re: 9/17/2001 site update

On a side note, after seeing your Tortoise mecha, I decided that I needed to try a more varied color scheme. The (...) (23 years ago, 19-Sep-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

RE: New MOC: 8 wide Lotus Esprit S4

(...) Thanks! The tail lights were probably the easiest thing to build :) (...) A minifig without extra hair or a hat just fits. Two fit, actually. --Bram Bram Lambrecht bram@cwru.edu (URL) (23 years ago, 19-Sep-01, to lugnet.build)

Re: New MOC: 8 wide Lotus Esprit S4

(...) Awesome Bram! That is great! To me, the main disinguishing feature of the esprit are the tail lights, you recreated them perfectly, absoluetely great work. Is it minifig scale? seems a tad small to be, not sure though. This is really great (...) (23 years ago, 19-Sep-01, to lugnet.build)
