  Civilian stuff

(URL) JX3, JC10, AS4. New: Police Stinger and Scooterbug. PLMKWYT of the New stuff :-P P.S. I added a comment on the Index, and a link to the Missing Man formation wallpaper. Rick (URL) (23 years ago, 14-Sep-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.cad)

  Re: Help ?

(...) Depends how big you want it. If you build a wall of just 1x2 bricks you can bend it, but the radius is pretty big. If you alternate 1x3 bricks and 1x1 round bricks though, you can build a cylinder about 6" in diameter which might be OK for (...) (23 years ago, 14-Sep-01, to lugnet.build)

Re: LSM-003A Intruder (First completed mecha)

(...) Gundam & Armored Core are my biggest influences. I really like the mono eye of most Jion Mobile suits and it helped keep the head small. (...) I plan to build larger minifig scale mecha eventually. I definitlly felt confined by the size (...) (23 years ago, 14-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Mini-mech MOC

Hi all, I haven't really delved into Mecha yet, but I made this little micro-scale mech from a couple sets on my desk at work. It turned out to a neat little Anti-Aircraft mech so I snapped a couple of shots. Sean (23 years ago, 14-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Interesting

I just got the new S@H catalog and was checking out the Harry Potter stuff and noticed what looks like 2 Bionicle . . . "balls", for lack of a better term, atop the train platform. They are light grey. (23 years ago, 14-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: P-51 Mustang,

(...) I wanted to build the plane first and then add in details after if I could, managed to get most of the stuff I wanted in there and still keep it looking like a P-51, which was lucky! (...) Thanks Gary! -Geordan- (...) (23 years ago, 14-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: P-51 Mustang,

(...) Thanks, I think I went a little overboard on them though, maybe slightly beyond realistic, oh well, it was fun! ;-D It looks like a P-51D to me-- (...) Woohoo! that's the best comment ever! (...) I'm looking forward to seeing whatever one of (...) (23 years ago, 14-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: bricks upside down

(...) Here: (URL) technic pegs in the bottom of bricsk works for me, although there is a slight gap between the two. -Geordan- (...) (23 years ago, 14-Sep-01, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Pictures of Subway Station

Nice, platform in a curve. Don't forget to have some "mind the gap" signs up there... ;-) Jeroen (23 years ago, 14-Sep-01, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build)

  bricks upside down

What is your favourite way to connect bricks upside down? Bricks upside down is commonly useful in buildings eg. for putting arches upside down. Do you simply use tiles and slot in the bricks without any connection? One method I can see is using the (...) (23 years ago, 14-Sep-01, to lugnet.build)
