  Re: MOC: Stealth Fighter Revealed

(...) Wow. Skunkworks would be proud (can't wait to see your rendition of the B-2 Stealth bomber ;). You really captured the faceted look of the F-117, and an especially brilliant job on the nose. Heck, I even like the scale! Mark W. (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: New Mecha- HM-11 "Stalwart" Heavy Mecha

A collaboration. Excellent! I LOVE the feet. Those spike/slopes on the sides are great. Fantastic overall design. Kudos. Funny thing sort of off the subject: while you were with Sproat Eric, Dave, Chris, Dan and I were all together down here. Just a (...) (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: My site updated with MOC pnuematic engine

(...) The pneumatic switches may seem tight, but the linkages have no trouble moving them thanks to the considerable power of the pistons. The tricky part is making sure the 2 sides are exactly 1/4 out of phase with each other and trip when the (...) (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, lugnet.technic)

(...) A gripping story. I especially liked the "blah blah blah" part. Kept me reading until the very end. ;^) ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: MOC: Stealth Fighter Revealed

Hi John First when I saw the thumbnail pictures I was very disappointed. Why has somebody put up pictures of a plastic scale model of the F-117. Then I realised it was LEGO. Truely a fantastic model. Is it possible that you will tell us more about (...) (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: The Cankerworm

(...) WOW! I can't even express how amazing this thing is!!! You really did a fantastic job on this one Bryce. Simply stunning. The mouth is perfect; the teeth are horrifying. I love the body segments too, very, very cool. I don't wanna even guess (...) (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  RE: The Cankerworm

(...) mecha-ish creations I've seen. Very appropriate use of spindly greeblies. However, maybe talons would be more fitting than hooves. It looks a bit like the spine got and front legs got ripped out of a larger animal. --Bram Bram Lambrecht (...) (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

As always, I thank you for your kind comments Chris. I hope to see new stuff from you too. You're a master when it comes to mecha articulation. ;-) (...) (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: MOC: Stealth Fighter Revealed

I absolutly love it. If possible can you post some close up pictures of the landing gear, if you don't mind me borrowing some ideas. (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: The Cankerworm

This is seriously the most frightening thing I've ever seen made out of lego. Yikes. Look at those red gums. Great job! -Jon ---...--- | The Galactic Shipyard - (URL) My website - (URL) (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The Cankerworm

Ah, the mecha that gave me such sweet dreams the past few nights. As usual, Bryce, you've outdone yourself. How many Throwbot gear boxes are in that thing again? 40? It's just phenomenal what you can do with simple parts, man. Here's to finally (...) (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The Cankerworm

(...) As always, it's brilliant, and underscores new uses for old pieces (for example, the way you used the arches for texture on the forehead). And as always, an excellent job, Bryce. I'm personally hoping for some more pics, mostly close-up work, (...) (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  The Cankerworm

I just posted pictures of the Cankerworm here: (URL) always let me hear from you guys! There's a bit of a story below for those of you who are bored :-) The Cankerworm is a biomechanical alien mecha deal. It was an indigenous animal infussed with (...) (...) I thought they might've been yours, though the fact that they're not 8-wide kinda confused me a bit. ;-D Cheers, - jsproat (23 years ago, 10-Sep-01, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build, lugnet.castle, lugnet.trains)
