Re: Use found for Timmy! Hoorah!

(...) I second that. erasers give a far better result and you loose less of the shiny finish. the ink erasers that have rubber instead of lead in a pencil are good cos you can sharpen them to keep the point (not sure if that is what you mean by (...)   Re: GATS Church

Amy & All, (...) Beautiful job, Amy. I love the upper part, the angles are impressive. Most impressive! I am sure this show will be a hit. Scott "The Shell Station is 99.8% complete, awaiting BB orders!" S. (23 years ago, 16-Jul-01, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

  Re: The extra horse

(...) I have always thought that it was to negate vacuum between the head and the post on the torso, making it easier to remove the head. Although, the choking thing sounds somewhat reasonable too. I wonder what the real answer is? Matt (23 years ago, 16-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: GATS Church

(...) Well...now that Alexander has spoken, there's not much else I can say, is there? I do get a particular, perverse kind of pleasure out of the fact that this is how he responded to a CHURCH building... Matt (23 years ago, 16-Jul-01, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

  Re: Sopwith Camel Motor

(...) If you use an un-geared motor (a la 8720) you'll be able to get the propeller turning faster. ROSCO (23 years ago, 15-Jul-01, to lugnet.build)

  Znap Monorail

In our last ParLUGment meeting, I presented my little monorail train using znap pieces for the rail. (URL) photos are a little bury due to my shaky hand. I already tried to sharpen them a bit.   Re: contemporary farm house

(...) Keep encouraging her, Joel! Sarah, that is one of the most realistic Lego models I've ever seen - very nicely done. Doing the whole yard, and doing it all at a realistic scale is such a good change from the facade's and skinny things that (...) (23 years ago, 15-Jul-01, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: LEGO hose question

Try (URL) made by John VanZwieten. BTW you shouldn't post this to lugnet.build.mecha, you should have posted it to lugnet.cad. I'm still sending this to lugnet.build.mecha, but just so you can find it. (...) (23 years ago, 15-Jul-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.cad)

  LEGO hose question

A question for all of you who use flexible hoses in your DAT files (the kind which have separate pieces for the ends and segments for the middle) - what's the best way to model these? I don't think I want to sit there and position 25 little knobby (...) (23 years ago, 15-Jul-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
