My (two-part) advice: 1. Cannabalize new, less desirable minifigs. 2. Trade armless minifig torsos to craigo-lego. (He's always looking for more "spare parts" for his works. ;-) Franklin (24 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Yeah, that occurred to me, but it kind of goes against my grain, although I may have to go that way. There was mention of a shipping/ handling fee, so I may just cannabilize new, less desirable figures, and then forget about them, rather than pay to (...) (24 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)
