RE: Starwars Microfigure Model Catalog up on my page.

(...) ITIISVC - I think it is very cool - Great imagination and microfig scale may have some possibilities for LARGE fleets and animations. The microfig is not used enough I think. Minifig scale tends to get bogged down in details, while microfig (...) (26 years ago, 21-Mar-99, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

Awesome models, Karim! I really like the Imperial shuttle and the AT-AT! That Dragon Mech is truly a wonder. Have you ever submitted that to TLG? Keep building! Scott Sanburn (...) (26 years ago, 21-Mar-99, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

Re: How to change arms of minifigs

(...) Don't worry, it safe. I change arms all the time to get the look that I want for a minifig. The best way to do it is to leave the hand on so that you have more leverage. Turn the arm so that it is perpendicular to the front of the torso. Then (...) (26 years ago, 21-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)

Starwars Microfigure Model Catalog up on my page.

I've just posted an update to my Lego page ((URL) It is a visual catalog of the 16 Starwars models that I've designed over the last few days.   Re: people i would most like to build with...

(...) Wow, I'm flattered. We'll have to have ourselves a legofest sometime. Where are people generally located? I'm in Central NC. --Karim (26 years ago, 21-Mar-99, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.build)

Re: How to change arms of minifigs

Paulo, You can just pull the arms off, they have a little socket on the end where it fits into the torso, you should be able to pull both of them off and re-insert them on the other side. Scott Sanburn (...) (26 years ago, 21-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)

people i would most like to build with...

How to change arms of minifigs

I bought a 6266, and a soldier came with the torso printing on his back. So I need to reverse the arms. I know that it is possible to remove the arms, but I have never done this before, and I don't know how... Is it a safe procedure? How it can be (...) (26 years ago, 21-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)

First attempt at a Lego town

I just put up pictures of our first attempt at a Lego town. It's pretty small, just one street, but it's kind of cute. Take a look here: (URL) Wilson Vancouver, BC (26 years ago, 21-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)

New Lego Space Fighter (uses some parts from SW sets)

Hi all, I finally got around to updating my site with some pictures of a new space fighter, the YG-99. It uses elements from an X-wing and a snow speeder. It has a very similar design theme to the DS-9 with the use of steep sloped grey elements in a (...) (26 years ago, 19-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Miniland Building Techniques

The round part of this building looks like it uses 1x2/1x4 hinge bricks: (URL) it doesn't look like they used those all the way up along the wall. I wonder why not? -- Thomas Main main@appstate.edu (26 years ago, 18-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)

  Miniland Building Techniques

I've been looking through somw of the excellent pics of Legoland that Tom Stangl has on his web page. Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes... Since my Geocities web site ends in 5821 and there is a Lego set 5821 (Princess Picnic or something like that), I was wondering if anyone knows where one such set may be found. I (...) (26 years ago, 16-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)
