Brickcreations.com is now online! —Bill Vollbrecht
Hello! It has taken a while, but my website is finally up and running! It isn't very fancy, it's just to get SOMETHING on the web while the more artistic one is being designed and built. I hope you enjoy! www.brickcreations.com As always, comments (...) (20 years ago, 6-Mar-04, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build) !

(...) Bill, The website looks great. I'll be curious to hear if freelance building will be frustrating without the model shop selection of parts/colors. Certainly BrickLink can fulfill most part needs, but it won't be the same as having everything (...) (20 years ago, 6-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

(...) I don't know if frustrating would be the right word, I would say challenging..... To build with the model shop supply of bricks is a dream, almost unlimited suppy of parts, in a great array of colors. But since you can't take them home at the (...)      (...) What? No more making special orders for bricks that have never been produced for sale? Bummer. Well, I guess it doesn't matter much to you anymore, but that's got to be a serious disappointment for the three new MBs. (20 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

Re: Brickcreations.com is now online! —Bill Vollbrecht
(...) I wouldn't worry too much about the new guys! There are still way more bricks available to them than they could possibly imagine! I was talking to one of the guys the other day and he was quite pleased that of instead of looking at the 5-10 (...) (20 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

(...) Bill, You never mention who you are on your site. You use the pronoun 'I' lots but I could not find you full name. My $0.02, Jude (20 years ago, 9-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

Re: Brickcreations.com is now online! —Bill Vollbrecht
(...) Huh! Never even noticed that! I guess I didn't think of it.... I suppose in the next incarnation of the site I will have to put that in. Probably not a big deal for now, I really want my work to do the talking. I am selling the models, not (...) (20 years ago, 9-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

(...) Bill, I don't think I responded to your prior post, but welcome to amateur AFOL-dom (well, I suppose not amateur if you are selling creations, but at least not-affiliated-with-LEGO AFOL-dom). I notice on your site that you never mention your (...) (20 years ago, 11-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

Re: Brickcreations.com is now online! —Bill Vollbrecht
(...) I made the decision to not mention my time with Legoland, just in case there IS a legal reason. I guess I would be afraid that if my site promotes me as FORMER LEGO MASTER BUILDER!!! Come buy my stuff!!! It might be percieved as a bit of a (...) (20 years ago, 11-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

Re: Brickcreations.com is now online! —David Laswell
(...) I'd kinda like to see better photos of that one as well, but more because I'm interested in seeing how feasible it would be to build Batman in that same style, as he's a much cooler character. And he can beat up Superman. Do you still have (...) (20 years ago, 12-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)
