Theres a new sheriff in town boys and girls! Just in time for the Rail Racer Nationals at Brickfest 2003, the Law Giver has arrived. (URL) is a full length modified class racer. (...) This is a rear engine racer, so the back would be the "loco" while the "rolling stock" actually slides over part of the "loco" for a clean look. The front section ("rolling stock") does have it's own wheels and couples to the engine section (...) (21 years ago, 30-Jul-03, to lugnet.trains)
