(...) This year there was a category for custom mini-figs which actively encouraged custom parts. I also accepted entries which had custom parts as long as they were not in the majority. I'd be very interested in people's opinions on this sort of (...) (22 years ago, 3-Nov-02, to lugnet.build.contests)
