Yet another coding frenzy on a rainy day, trying to stay awake while
shifting from a nights to days schedule, produced the next version of my plugin

New in this version:
-Added LDView preview support
-Added Footwear rotation ability
-Added Headgear Accessories (this is still under development but it works
for a few Hats)
-Added the ability to change the increment for the rotation angle
-The rotation text boxes now accept user input (sugg by Damien Guichard)
-For the arms, legs, hands, and footwear the color of both will change when
the color for one is changed for the first time (sugg by Damien Guichard)
-Parts are now sorted by name (sugg by Damien Guichard)
-Reduced dialog size to fit in 800x600 resolution (barely..) (sugg by
Damien Guichard)
To Do:
-Add ability to move the position of tools (Half done via .ini file)
-Add the ability to convert old style minifigs to new style
-Add ability to set the initial postion of the minifig
Suggestions:
-Add possible torso/tool default color in Minipart.ini (sugg by Damien
Guichard)
-Sort colors not alphabetically but according usage frequency (sugg by
Damien Guichard)
If you find mistakes in the ini file let me know.
