Larger movies form Lego Studios

I'm disappointed with the size of mpeg files exported from LEGO Studios.
At only 160x120 pixels they are considerably smaller than the 320x240
format which appears to be used internally. The avi files used to store
filmed scenes are even larger (though stretched into a different aspect
ratio for some reason).
Is there any way to export finished films from LEGO Studios into mpeg, avi,
or QuickTime files at a resolution higher than 160x120?
