| I'm in agreement With Stefan, Australians too would be ruled out by only allowing ntsc. but I AM aware of the difficulties at Brickfest 2002, my submissions, for example, were submitted in high bitrate versions (for optimun clarity, and quality to (...) | * VHS, NTSC would rule out European contestants. Is it impossible for the organisation to hook up a computer to a tv and prepare the video beforehand? * There's already a horror contest running.
