Here is the question:
What would be your LEGO Dream Set?

Monorail! Please bring back Monorail!
Include 1x4 tiles, not plates, for joining the tracks together, for a smoother
finish. In addition to a set like the Airport
Shuttle or Futuron Monorail, have a bare
bones kit, consisting only of the motor, motor cover (in white), car bases, and
some track and supports, that can be priced less than USD$100. And make car
bases to be attached end-to-end, so we AFOLs can build things like the
Disneyland Monorail train. 6-wide (or wider) car bases, too. And sell packs of
straight tracks. Not everyone wants to build serpentine layouts.
Bulk brick/tile/plate/slope/Technic brick/beam/etc. sets in more colors, price
up to $7 each. At that rate, there should be about 70 pieces per pack.
Tubs of bricks all in one color. Picture a tub of 1000 sand blue bricks. Or tubs
of just bricks or slopes or plates in assorted colors. Please even out the qty
of bricks/pieces in each color. I dont like having an overload of red and blue
bricks and not enuff orange or gray ones. Never did. Never will. Also, a tub of
tan, sand green/red/blue, pink, dark red/green/blue, light yellow, dark purple,
etc. Variety, please. Will pay up to $24 each.
Music X-pods. Guitarpod, harppod, drummerpod, keyboardpod, etc.
Each instrument played by a minifig/mech/whatever or by itself.
Dont forget the conductor/bandleader for those that want to buy multible copies
of each insrument pod to build a symphony or big band. Price similar to other
X-pods.
Packs of bricks, maybe the Bulk Packs, sold in those impulse-buy merchandise
islands by the checkstands in most stores, for $4 or less. Give kids something
to needle their parents for, instead of candy. Something better for the kids to
do and fewer dental bills for the parents. Package them like candybars and
really compete in this sugary neighborhood. Now the question: Will a little LEGO
set help a kid forget about his sweet tooth when he sees it and want to build
something on the way home from the store instead?
OK, thatll be all 4 now.
